Damian Gilchrist Bio:
Damian has been working in the insurance industry for over 10 years. He is passionate about making sure individuals, families, and businesses are properly protected from the hardships in life. A lifelong resident of New Jersey, specifically along the shore, Damian made the decision in 2017 to move himself and his family to the greater Cincinnati region to open an insurance agency. Since then, him and his team have received numerous accolades and recognition for their stellar achievements and local involvement in the community. Damian truly understands the challenges faced locally and strives to be a leader in the community.
Damian has been married to his wife, Tasia, for 10 years. They have three children, two sons and a daughter. In his free time, he coaches for the Northern Kentucky Youth Football League. He is passionate about hip-hop culture and music and is also very fond of exotic cars. Damian enjoys spending time with his family, which is why he is so passionate about protecting families here at the DG Agency.
Kelsee Newton Bio:
Kelsee has been working in the insurance industry for over three years. She has a passion for not only talking and connecting with clients but makes sure those that entrust her with their insurance needs understand their coverages and are getting the best policies at the best price. Kelsee has four amazing children, two daughters and two sons. In her free time, she enjoys fishing, four-wheeling, crafting, having Nerf wars, and spending time with her family. “The best time are spent with the ones you love,” Kelsee says, “and we make sure we have fun”!
Dustin Weeks Bio:
Dustin has 22 years of experience working in the insurance industry. Dustin has been a top producer, top mid-level management and top senior management running several branch offices. He looks for team members that run on a core value system that puts his clients best interest first. Dustin graduated from Williamsburg High School in 1995 and attended the University of Cincinnati. He has been married to his wife Betsy for 23 years. They have 7 children and are devoted members of their church and community. Dustin enjoys nature, especially hiking and fishing. He is also a coach, motivational speaker and enjoys sports.
Jillian Phillips Bio:
Jillian has worked in the insurance industry for over four years. Educating and working with clients to understand their insurance and their specific insurance needs is what she is most passionate about. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati and two master’s degrees from Southern New Hampshire University. Jillian has been married to her husband, Brent, for 10 years, and they have a daughter. In her free time, she enjoys being a cheer parent for her daughter’s cheerleading squad, camping trips and movies with her family, and reading and writing.
Leslie Bio:
Leslie has been in the insurance industry for over five years and is passionate about helping families find the right coverage for their individual needs. Originally from Alabama, she is a graduate of the Art Institute of Atlanta. Leslie currently lives in Northern Kentucky with her husband and two daughters and loves the area and her community.
Diamond Bio:
Diamond has been a customer service specialist for over five years. She enjoys making sure client’s questions and needs are taken care of. Born and raised in Cincinnati, she is currently working towards her bachelor’s degree in psychology at a local university. In her spare time, Diamond enjoys listening to her favorite music and trying new restaurants.
Shirley Bio:
I’ve been in insurance since 2022. I’m originally from New York but I moved to Cincinnati, Ohio when I was about 7 years old. I graduated from Miami University with an associate degree in Social Science. I love helping my community in any way possible! I’m also a dog mom to a wonderful 4-year-old black lab mix named Bella.
Rania Bio:
Hello, my name is Rania, I’m a licensed insurance consultant here at the DG Insurance agency. I have been in insurance since 2021 and have been with the DG Insurance agency the entire time. My role is to help find the most suitable insurance plan for you while considering your unique needs! A little bit about me, I was born in Morocco, but I have lived in Cincinnati since my early childhood. I love my cats, my family and I love music! Tasia Bio:
Originally from New Jersey, I moved to the Cincinnati area about 5 years ago. I have been working in insurance since graduating from Eastern Kentucky University in 2020 with my Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Prior to moving here, I was in the New Jersey Army National Guard for 9 years. In my spare time, I love spending time with my husband, kids, and dogs. I also enjoy reading, gardening, music, being outside (in warm weather!), and exploring all that the Greater Cincinnati area has to offer!
Paurav Bio:
Paurav prides himself in making sure that his clients are receiving the best insurance policies for their individualistic needs by pulling from his financial planning background. He enjoys working with both residential and commercial clients. In his free time, Paurav enjoys traveling and watching movies or shows. He also is multilingual in English, Nepali, Hindi, and Bhojpuri.
